Deepen your yoga practice through a greater understanding of the chakra system and its development.  Inspired by teachings of Anodea Judith, Caroline Myss, and yoga masters, these energy centers are demystified through various belief systems. These "wheels" of energy along the spine are each associated with a specific developmental age, parts of the physical body, element, sense, central issue, goal, divine right, strength, and  challenge.  Each chakra resonates with a color, crystal, scent, music, yoga postures, and life issue.  Through this understanding we discover practical applications which may support us in sustaining holistic health.  We will complete our practice with a yoga nidra meditation specifically designed for chakra balancing and healing.
