What do I love about yoga? The act of practicing my daily yoga routine is empowering on many levels. Just the idea of dedicating 30 minutes of the beginning of my day is honoring myself with time for self care and is the most important commitment to myself. It took time for others around me to adjust to this as I established a time when I was completely unavailable to anyone. When others accepted that I was 100% committed to this, that is when I feel I greatly benefited. My daily routine has changed over the years, the commitment to myself remains. LC
